I am vegan. Plain and simple. And I am going to be vegan the entire trek. Therefore I plan on eating around 3,000 calories a day of good, whole food. However, this food list is useful for anyone, vegan or not.
- Tortillas (3 tortillas per day)
- Mary Jane's Farm Meals (all vegan and you cook in the packaging!)
- Artisana Raw Coconut Butter (put on top of packaged meal)
