Always vegan, always whole.   

I put this sauce on everything. From burritos to veggies this simple sauce usually finds a way onto my plate. Want to spice up your meal? I love this to do just that. It adds flavor, depth, and a hearty addition to almost any meals you want.  

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup water

1/2 jalapeño  (or 3/4 tsp chipotle powder)

1/2 medium lime juiced  

2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp salt

Directions: 

1.) Boil water (not the 1/2 cup water) and soak cashews until softened. Usually takes about an hour.  

2.) Mix all ingredients in a blender until liquid.

3.) Add water if necessary to thin out. Also if you want it hotter add more jalapeño or chipotle powder. 

Serve on anything. Always adds a great spicy flavor!
