Always vegan, always whole. 

Everyone loves waffles right? Well I know I do. They're tasty and dense, with some toppings they go a long way. I love to have them every now and then after a big run. To refuel and satisfy myself. I hope you to enjoy this simple waffle recipe. Waffles!

 Makes 3-4 servings.

Ingredients: 

2 cups flour

2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax mixed with 6 tbsp water)

4 tsp baking powder

2 cups soymilk

3 tbsp arrow root powder

2 tbsp veg. oil

2 tbsp agave nectar

2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1.) Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. 

2.) Mix all wet. 

3.) Mix both together. 

4.) Cook in waffle maker. 

Simple right? Can be served on top with syrup, almond butter, strawberries, bananas, or anything else. Enjoy!
