Today's recipe is a simple one. But, one that totally changed my life. My intake of veggies and my health soared once I discovered this easy to prepare side. Tasty and applicable to so many veggies you'll find yourself making this with every meal just so you can taste the flavor and perfect texture of the vegetables. 


Vegetables (Brussels sprouts, asparagus, mini squash, jalapeños, or really anything else)

1/2 tbsp Olive Oil




1.) Preheat stove to 400 degrees.  

2.) Prepare veggies (cut, wash, etc) 

3.) In a gallon sized zip lock put in the veggies. Fill bag about halfway and then add olive oil.  

4.) Add salt and pepper to taste.  

5.) Shake bag to mix.  

6.) Line cooking pan with parchment paper and spread out veggies evenly.  

7.) Repeat process until all veggies are coated and on pans.  

8.) Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until crispy.
