Always vegan, always whole.

My mom made this a few nights ago and they were actually pretty good. I didn't think I would like it, but it was crunchy and flavorful and a good side to our pasta dinner. I enjoyed it and would most definitely make it again. I hope you to enjoy it for an excellent side to any meal.

P.S. They're easy to make!

6 large or 12 small Radishes, cut in half lengthwise

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Balsamic vinegar

Zaatar seasoning (original recipe called for Sumac)

Everyday seasoning (original recipe called for Maldon salt)

1.) Preheat oven to 450*F and cover a baking sheet in parchment paper or lightly oil it.

2.) Toss radishes with olive oil and salt and pepper.

3.) Place them, cut side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Next drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

4.) Roast for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and the cut side is slightly crisp.

5.) Season with Zaatar and Everyday seasoning (or the original recipe's seasonings)

So as you can see this recipe is extremely simple and quick to make. It's flexibility is awesome, because you can season with many different things and it becomes an amazing side to almost any meal. Enjoy!

Thank you.

Be better.
